Description

240V Mosquito Fogger/Sprayer which uses water as the carrier for the application of pesticides, disinfectants and other water based chemicals. Can be safely used around the home, office, garden and acreage.

Electric ULV Mosquito Insect Disinfectant Fogger Sprayer

This ultra low volume (ULV) fogging/spraying unit is simple, robust, manageable and ideal for use around the home, business or farm. Small enough to pack in a cupboard yet capable of fogging acreage. This unit is extremely economical to use and very safe as its compatible with water based solutions. Simply fill the tank with water, add the required amount of active chemical, either disinfectant, insecticide or herbicide, plug into a power point and you are ready to go. The fog / mist is created by a high speed fan in the machine which means the solution is not heated like thermal foggers. The droplets this unit generates are extremely small which helps them to hang in the air and penetrate deep into difficult to access spaces. When fogging gardens, the droplets penetrate deep into the foliage. This type of fogger can also be used for dispersing disinfectants, herbicides insecticides and other water based compatible solutions.

Optional Pyrethrum Concentrate:

We highly recommend the use of our pyrethrum / pyrethrin concentrate. Mix 1mL with 1L of the carrier (water is the carrier for this fogger). 250mL of concentrate is enough to treat a 1,000m2 block over 250 times.

    • Aphids, Ants, Cabbage Moths and other Caterpillars
    • Earwigs, Leafhoppers, Thrips and White flies

    • Other flying insects

      I reckon this thing is the ducks nuts. Mozzies disappear for several hours after fogging the patio. The pyrethrum concentrate sounds pricey but you only use 10 - 15ml per tank. Lasts ages. Flies get annoyed too and leave but not kill them.

      A secondary use is to fog the garden when aphids pop up. Increase droplet size to wet them and by morning they are all cooked. Don't need much to knock them.

      This is my second scintex fogger. The first one burnt out after lots of use, keep an eye on the duty cycle time. It does get warm in use when the "jet" gets going.
