Description
This Air Driven Diaphragm Pump is made with a polypropylene body and has Viton diaphragms and seals. Flow rates up to 90L/min and can be used with a range of liquids including diesel, petrol, compatible chemicals and water.
Diaphragm Pump 60LPM and 90LPM
Diaphragm pumps are ideal for use with a range of fluids. Their simple operation and design makes them very reliable and easy to maintain. Attach a compressed air line and regulate your supply to adjust your flow rate and pressure. Never worry about dead heading the pump as there's no electric motor to burn out.
The pump body is made from Polypropylene, Aluminium and Stainless Steel however the wetted components are Viton diaphragms, polypropylene, stainless steel and PTFE. These materials are compatible with a range of liquids including many chemical solutions. Always check your chemicals compatibility before ordering.
Great for transferring oils such as vegetable oils, motor oils and hydraulic oils. This pump is also compatible with AdBlue, AUS32 and other Diesel Exhaust Fluid products.
Note, whilst this pump is chemically compatible with petrol, it is not certified for use with petrol and therefore we can not recommend if for this use.

Which air compressor to use: Scintex has had customers use this pump on a variety of air compressors, from small 12V compressors, 240 volt compressors from Supercheap Auto to large industrial compressors. See the following table and charts for an indication of the flow rates to be expected. Always run with an inline pressure regulator so you can control the air pressure and flow to the pump. The pump uses the standard 1/4" air supply connection used on most air tools.
