These are high quality, GESPASA brand, diesel transfer pumps capable of continuous operation on 12V or 24V power supplies. Incredible 80L/min flow rates are achievable from the 0.37kW drives. No more duty cycles to contend with, these pumps operate at 1500rpm, feature IP55 electrical rating and can be run continuously for large fuel transfers in remote locations where 240V power is not available.

Achieving continuous duty operation from 12V and 24V drives is generally difficult and always expensive. These high quality European built transfer pumps provide respectable flow rates from a low voltage continuous duty drive at an affordable price. These are a sliding vane style pump which offers good self priming capabilities without sacrificing discharge pressure capabilities.

Each pump features an internal bypass valve which allows short term 'dead heading' of the pump without causing damage. This feature is perfect for refueling operations where an automatic nozzle might be used or where there is a short walk from the on/off switch to the location you're actually filling. Allowing the pump to recirculate on its internal bypass means the pump is not stalled and the motor is not damaged. Note: it is not recommended to run the pump for extended periods on the internal bypass as the energy from the pump will eventually cause the diesel to heat which can damage pumps seals.

These pumps are ideally suited to large bulk transfer operations in remote areas or where 240v power is not available. Ideal for large machinery loading when ordinary pump duty cycles don't suffice.

Optional power isolation switch - Allows pump to be switched off so it can't be used without the switch key. This option can be helpful if there's risk of unauthorised people using the pump in common spaces.
