In-line Heater with Digital Thermostat
Description
A sealed, in line heater where fluid is circulated past the element and heated. An inbuilt thermocouple feeds back to the digital thermostat to control the temperature to your preset level.
Inline Heater for Fuels, Oils & Water
This high quality construction in line heater has a variety of applications such as heating oils, biodiesel production, furnace preheaters, heating aquariums and water. Scintex can also customise these units to your requirements. Modifications include varying the inlet and outlet hose ends so your own hosing will plumb directly to the inline heater. Users can also add insulation around the heater if high efficiency heating is required. The elements used are low heat density and thus have a lower surface temperature, so they tend not to degrade the liquid they are in contact with.
Fittings Explained:
The inline heaters are supplied with the option of 1/2", 3/4" or 1" stainless steel hose tails. Make your selection using the drop down box above. These fittings easily allow hoses to be attached to the heater. However, we can customise the fittings to suit your requirements but this is an additional cost. For customised fittings options contact us and we'll provide details and pricing.
