A high flow diaphragm water pump suitable for a range of applications from farming and irrigation to camping, RV's, marine plus anything else you can think up. These pumps are designed for high flow applications and will produce up to 26 L/min flow rates and come with a high quality pressure switch to allow the pump to auto start and stop as the tap or nozzle is opened.

These pumps have a seamless motor body and upgraded seals to ensure a long operating life in stressful environments such as outback Australia as well as marine environments around salt water for boaties. These pumps have a larger motor and a larger pump chamber to deliver high flow rates then otherwise seen in this style of pump. The higher flow rates from this pump make it popular for water transfer applications as well as high flow demand installations. The construction of this pumps wetted internals makes it compatible pumping many common farming pesticides and solutions.

Smooth, Quiet Operation with 5 Chamber Design

These are a 5 chamber diaphragm style of pump meaning they have good suction lift, can be run dry without damage, generate high flows and pressures, whilst maintaining quiet and smooth operation. The 5 chambers means the discharge from these pumps is smooth and steady which means the pump is less likely to cycle compared to other style pumps.

Genuine upgraded Honeywell Pressure Switch

These pumps have been upgraded and spec'd with high a quality Honeywell pressure switch which turns the pump off when the set pressure is reached. The pressure switch is critical for operations where the flow is required to turn on and off on demand, such as taps and showers in RV's. The pump will turn on with demand as the pressure in the outlet line drops and will switch off when you close the tap and the pressure increases at the outlet of the pump.

The pressure switch is easily adjusted by the operator if specific set pressures are required for whatever reason. Having a quality pressure switch integrated into your pump is key to long term performance.

Upgraded Viton internals suits a range of solutions

Also supplied standard are upgraded Santoprene and Viton diaphragms and valves. The improved material specifications ensures the pump is extremely versatile and long lasting even if used with a range of fertilisers, herbicides or other often aggressive chemicals. Viton is not commonly used in this style of pump due to the added cost however is included standard in the Scintex range.

High Flow Rate and matching your operation

These pumps run at a fixed speed and essentially a fixed flowrate. Take care to only select this pump if your piping and system is capable of flowing 26 L/min. A too common mistake when selecting a pump is to install a large pump in a small piping system. This causes cycling and early failure of the pressure switch. A rule of thumb, ensure your piping diameter matches the pump connections as a minimum. If you're spraying through a nozzle, ensure your nozzle can flow 26 L/min at a reasonable operating pressure for this pump.
