Description

Scintex cordless cauterising debudder and dehorner designed for livestock horn-bud cauterisation applications. The rechargeable lithium-ion battery provides completely cordless operation, while an integrated countdown timer, audible buzzer and digital display help provide a consistent 8-second heating cycle.

Cordless Cauterising Livestock Debudder & Dehorner

This portable cauterising debudder combines rapid heating with cordless operation, making it practical for livestock handling applications where access to mains power may be limited.

The unit reaches an operating temperature of up to 700°C and incorporates an 8-second timed cycle. A visible countdown display and audible buzzer assist the operator during each cycle, while a safety trigger lock and automatic switch-off provide additional operational control.

Cordless Livestock Debudding

The internal rechargeable lithium-ion battery eliminates the need for a power lead during operation, making the unit convenient for use around yards, sheds and other livestock handling areas.

A fully charged battery provides sufficient capacity for up to approximately 80 calves, depending on operating conditions, cycle frequency, ambient temperature and battery condition.

700°C Cauterising Tip

The unit rapidly heats the cauterising tip to an operating temperature of up to 700°C. Once activated, the electronic controls provide an 8-second timed cycle with a visible countdown and audible buzzer to assist the operator.

Three 17mm cauterising tips are supplied with the unit.

Digital Display & Safety Controls

The integrated display provides the operator with cycle timing and battery charge information. A safety trigger lock helps prevent unintended activation, while the automatic switch-off function provides additional operational control.
