These heavy-duty floor scales provide a practical weighing solution for warehouses, workshops, farms, freight operations and industrial applications. The low-profile platform and integrated loading ramp make it easier to move heavy items onto the weighing surface using pallet trolleys and other suitable equipment.

The scales have a maximum weighing capacity of 3,000kg with 1kg display increments. Four load cells are positioned beneath the platform, one at each corner, to provide consistent weight measurement across the weighing surface.

Heavy-Duty 3,000kg Capacity

With a maximum capacity of 3,000kg, these scales are suited to weighing larger loads including pallets, machinery, equipment, produce and other bulky items.

The scales display weight in 1kg increments and have a stated accuracy of ±1% within the calibration range.

Important: These scales are designed and calibrated primarily for loads of 100kg or greater. Accuracy may be reduced when weighing items below 100kg.

Low-Profile Platform & Loading Ramp

The heavy-duty steel weighing platform features a checker plate surface and loading ramp to assist with moving suitable wheeled loads onto the scales.

The overall footprint is approximately 1.7m × 1.5m, including the ramp. The assembled height can be adjusted from approximately 35mm to 50mm using the adjustable feet incorporated into the load-cell assemblies, helping the scales to be levelled on the installation surface.

Four OIML/NTEP Approved Load Cells

The platform is supported by four OIML/NTEP approved load cells, with one positioned at each corner. This four-point arrangement provides reliable measurement across the weighing platform when the scales are correctly installed, levelled and calibrated.

Rechargeable Digital Display

The separate digital indicator features large 31mm-high digits with a green backlit display for clear viewing. An internal rechargeable 5V battery allows the scales to be operated without continuous connection to mains power, while a 240V charger/power supply is included for charging and powered operation as applicable.

The indicator housing is water and dust resistant; however, no specific IP rating applies. The display should therefore be protected from immersion, pressure washing and excessive exposure to water.
