Heavy-duty digital drum scales with a low-profile 1m x 1m platform and integrated loading ramps for easy roll-on weighing. With a 1,000kg capacity, 1kg increments, portable design and rechargeable digital indicator, these scales are ideal for weighing drums, small pallets, crates, boxes and other suitable loads.
1000kg Digital Drum Scales with Integrated Ramps
Designed for workshops, warehouses, farms, manufacturing facilities and industrial applications, these digital drum scales combine a large 1m square weighing platform with integrated ramps to make loading and unloading easier.
The low-profile platform sits approximately 35–50mm high when assembled, allowing drums and other wheeled loads to be rolled onto the scale rather than lifted.
Built-in transport wheels and a collapsible indicator stand make the scale easier to move and store when not in use.

Low-Profile Roll-On Platform
The integrated ramps allow suitable drums, bins, trolleys and other wheeled loads to be rolled directly onto the weighing platform. This is particularly useful for 44 gallon / 205L drums and other heavy items that are difficult to manually lift onto conventional platform scales.
The 1m x 1m platform also provides useful weighing area for compatible small pallets, crates, boxes and industrial loads.
Portable Industrial Scale
Despite its heavy-duty steel construction, the scale incorporates wheels to assist with repositioning around the workplace. The indicator stand can also be collapsed when the scale is being moved or stored.
Adjustable feet allow the platform to be levelled on a suitable firm surface before weighing.
Rechargeable Digital Indicator
The supplied stainless steel digital indicator features large 31mm characters with a green backlit display for easy reading in a range of lighting conditions.
The indicator can operate from its internal rechargeable 6V battery for more than 24 hours of stated continuous use or from mains power using the supplied 240V charger.

Calibration
The scale indicator is supplied unlocked, allowing the system to be calibrated using an appropriate known reference weight. Scintex can also provide calibration and repair services for these scales.
The stated accuracy is ±1% within the calibration range. Correct levelling, calibration, load positioning and operating conditions are important for repeatable weighing results.

Important Weighing Information
For best results, position the scale on a firm, stable and level surface and ensure all adjustable feet are correctly supported. Loads should be positioned securely on the platform and remain within the stated 1,000kg maximum capacity.
