Weigh and Move Pallets with One Machine

These digital pallet jack scales combine the functionality of a heavy duty pallet jack with an integrated weighing system. Instead of transporting pallets to a separate set of platform scales, operators can weigh loads as part of the normal pallet handling process.

Simply roll the pallet jack under the pallet, operate the handle to raise the load clear of the floor and read the weight directly from the digital display. Once weighed, the same pallet jack can be used to move the load to its required location.

This makes the pallet weighing scales particularly useful in busy warehouses and dispatch environments where reducing unnecessary handling can help improve productivity.

Tare, Net and Gross Weighing

The digital weighing system provides tare functionality as well as net and gross weight readings. This allows an empty pallet or container weight to be accounted for when determining the weight of the goods being handled.

The scale can also be calibrated when required, making ongoing checking and maintenance straightforward.

Rechargeable Digital Scale Display

The pallet jack incorporates a clear digital weighing monitor with large 31mm digits and a green backlit display for easy viewing. The scale is powered by an internal rechargeable battery and is supplied with a 240V charger / power supply.

This allows the pallet jack scales to remain completely mobile during normal operation without requiring a permanent mains power connection.

Heavy Duty Pallet Scale Construction

Four high precision load cells are integrated into the heavy duty powder-coated steel pallet jack assembly. The combination provides a robust weighing solution suitable for regular warehouse and industrial use while maintaining the mobility and functionality expected from a pallet jack.
