12V Diesel Refuelling Station – 40 L/min
This self-contained diesel transfer station provides a practical solution for refuelling tractors, machinery, vehicles and other diesel-powered equipment from a suitable bulk fuel supply.
The 12V DC pump can be powered from a suitable vehicle battery or equivalent 12V power source using the supplied heavy-duty alligator clips. An integrated analogue flow meter allows individual transfers to be measured, while the non-resettable totaliser provides a cumulative record of fuel transferred through the meter.

12V Diesel Transfer Pump
The integrated electric transfer pump operates from a 12V DC power supply, making the station particularly useful for farms, remote worksites and mobile refuelling installations where mains electricity is unavailable.
The pump has a rated flow of up to 40 L/min. Actual delivery rate will depend on suction lift, hose arrangement, installation restrictions and operating conditions.
Analogue Fuel Flow Meter
An integrated analogue meter allows the operator to monitor the quantity of diesel transferred during refuelling.
The batch reading can be reset between transfers, while the non-resettable totaliser records cumulative throughput. This can assist with fuel usage monitoring, record keeping and reconciliation over time.
Automatic Diesel Nozzle
The station includes an automatic diesel dispensing nozzle for convenient vehicle and machinery refuelling. The automatic shut-off function is designed to stop fuel delivery when used correctly with a compatible fuel tank filler.
As with all refuelling equipment, the operator should remain in attendance throughout the transfer process and confirm the nozzle is correctly positioned before starting the pump.
Enclosed Refuelling Station
The pump and meter are mounted within a sturdy enclosed metal housing, providing a neat installation while helping protect the main components from accidental contact and general worksite conditions.

Installation & Operation
Install the refuelling station in a secure location using suitable mounting hardware and connect the suction side to an appropriate diesel fuel supply. Keep suction pipework as short and unrestricted as practical to assist pump performance.
Use a suitable 12V DC power source and ensure the electrical connection and cabling are appropriate for the pump installation. Observe the stated 30 minute duty cycle and allow the pump to cool between extended operating periods.
This station is specified for diesel fuel transfer. Do not use it for petrol or other fluids unless specifically approved for use with the pump, meter, hose and nozzle components.
