Description
The Paddock™ 3" Honda-powered trash and sludge pump is designed for high-volume transfer of dirty water in demanding agricultural, construction, drainage and property maintenance applications. Powered by a genuine Honda GX200 commercial petrol engine, the pump delivers flow rates up to 45,000 L/hr (750 L/min) with a maximum discharge head of 25m.
Paddock™ 3" Honda Trash & Sludge Pump
The Paddock™ SHWPWT30X combines a heavy-duty 3" pump with the proven Honda GX200 commercial petrol engine to provide a portable pumping solution for dirty water, sludge and general dewatering applications.
With a maximum stated flow rate of 45,000 L/hr (750 L/min), maximum discharge head of 25m and suction capability up to 7m, this pump is suited to moving large volumes of water where mains electricity is unavailable or impractical.

Genuine Honda GX200 Engine
The SHWPWT30X is powered by a genuine Honda GX200 4-stroke commercial petrol engine. The GX200 is widely used across agricultural, construction and industrial equipment where dependable portable power is required.
The engine provides a stated maximum output of 5.8HP and incorporates recoil starting for straightforward operation in remote locations.
High-Volume 3" Pump
Large 75mm (3") inlet and outlet connections allow the pump to move substantial volumes of water, with a maximum stated flow of up to 45,000 L/hr or 750 L/min.
Actual flow will depend on suction lift, discharge head, hose diameter and length, restrictions and operating conditions.
Up to 25m Discharge Head
The pump provides a maximum stated discharge head of 25m, equivalent to approximately 245kPa (35 PSI) of water pressure at zero flow.
As with all centrifugal pumps, available flow reduces as discharge head and system resistance increase.
Dirty Water & Sludge Applications
The heavy-duty pump construction makes the SHWPWT30X suitable for transferring dirty water and sludge in a range of agricultural, construction and property maintenance environments.
Typical Applications
- Construction site dewatering
- Excavations and trenches
- Farm drainage
- Dams and waterholes
- Floodwater removal
- Dirty-water transfer
- Sludge pumping
- Property maintenance
- General high-volume water transfer

Flow & Installation Considerations
The maximum flow rate is achieved under favourable pumping conditions and should not be interpreted as the flow available at maximum discharge head. Actual performance will vary with suction lift, discharge height, hose size, hose length, fittings and other system restrictions.
For best performance, use appropriately sized suction and discharge hose, minimise unnecessary restrictions and keep the suction hose as short as practical. Ensure all suction connections are airtight and use a suitable suction strainer where required.
Important Operating Information
Always position the pump on firm, stable and level ground with adequate ventilation around the petrol engine. Do not operate petrol engines in enclosed or poorly ventilated areas.
Prime the pump correctly before operation and do not run the pump dry. Inspect hoses, fittings and strainers before use and ensure the pumped liquid is suitable for the pump materials and configuration.
Engine oil: Engines may be transported with little or no operating oil. Check and fill the engine with the correct grade and quantity of oil in accordance with the Honda instructions before starting.
