Description
The GESPASA 12V Diesel Transfer Pump Kit is a complete vehicle-mount refuelling system designed for commercial diesel transfer applications. Delivering up to approximately 55 L/min, the system combines a continuous-duty 12V sliding vane pump with a 5 micron fuel filter/water separator, electronic flow meter, 10m hose reel and automatic shut-off nozzle.
Built around genuine GESPASA components, the kit provides a convenient diesel refuelling solution for service vehicles, trucks, utes, agricultural equipment and mobile machinery refuelling applications.
GESPASA 12V Diesel Refuelling Pump Kit with 10m Hose Reel
The GESPASA Truck Kit AG-90 brings the major components required for mobile diesel refuelling together on a fixed mounting chassis. The system can be installed on a suitable truck, ute, van or service vehicle to provide a convenient onboard diesel transfer station.
The 12V pump provides up to approximately 55 L/min under suitable installation conditions and is designed for continuous-duty operation. Diesel passes through a 5 micron filter/water separator and electronic flow meter before being delivered through 10m of 1" diesel hose and an automatic shut-off nozzle.

Continuous-Duty 12V Diesel Pump
At the centre of the system is a 12V DC continuous-duty sliding vane pump. This makes the kit well suited to mobile refuelling applications where 240V power is unavailable and longer operating periods may be required.
The motor is rated at 0.37kW and approximately 1500 RPM, with self-ventilated, dust-protected construction and an IP55 rating.
Current consumption is approximately 35–53A at 12V DC, so the vehicle electrical system, cabling, connections and circuit protection must be appropriately sized for the pump.
Up to Approximately 55 L/min Diesel Transfer
The pump can deliver up to approximately 55 L/min of diesel when installed with a suitable suction arrangement. The stated transfer capacity is based on use with a 1-1/2" suction hose.
Actual transfer rate will depend on factors including suction lift, hose diameter and length, filter condition, fittings, supply voltage and other restrictions in the installation.
5 Micron Fuel Filter & Water Separator
The system includes a GESPASA FG-100 micro filter fitted with a 5 micron filter element.
A transparent collection bowl allows separated water and contamination to be visually monitored as part of routine servicing. The filter element should be inspected and replaced as required to maintain fuel cleanliness and system flow.
Electronic Diesel Flow Meter
A GESPASA MGE-110 electronic flow meter is integrated into the transfer system, providing measurement of dispensed diesel.
The meter provides batch and totalised measurement, making it useful for monitoring individual refuelling events as well as overall transferred volume. The stated meter accuracy is ±0.5%.
10m Diesel Hose & Automatic Nozzle
The kit includes 10m of 1" diesel-compatible delivery hose mounted on a heavy-duty hose reel, providing convenient reach when refuelling machinery or vehicles.
A GESPASA PA-80 automatic shut-off nozzle and nozzle hanger are also included. The automatic nozzle shuts off when the receiving tank reaches the nozzle's sensing point, helping reduce the risk of overfilling during normal operation.
The operator should remain with the nozzle and monitor the transfer throughout refuelling.
Internal Pump Bypass
The pump incorporates an internal bypass valve, allowing diesel to recirculate within the pump for brief periods when the delivery nozzle is closed while the pump remains switched on.
This is particularly useful with an automatic dispensing nozzle, where flow can stop before the operator returns to the pump switch.
Do not operate the pump on bypass for extended periods. Prolonged recirculation can increase fluid and pump temperature and may result in premature wear or damage.
