Individual pressure probes and sensors as well as temperature thermocouples and senders. Couple these sensors with our digital gauges or process controllers to take accurate measurements for your application, whether it be turbo boost, fuel or oil pressure, or exhaust gas temperature (EGT) readings.
Float sensors physically rise and fall with the liquid, pressure sensors calculate level from hydrostatic pressure, while ultrasonic sensors measure the distance to the liquid surface without making contact. The best choice depends on accuracy requirements, liquid type and installation conditions.
Liquids such as acids, fertilisers and salt water can rapidly corrode unsuitable probe materials. Selecting stainless steel, PVC, polypropylene or specialist alloys compatible with the application greatly improves reliability.
No. Foam, turbulence, vapour, conductivity and chemical compatibility all influence sensor performance, so selecting technology specifically suited to the application is essential.
Calibration frequency depends on the application, but critical process sensors are commonly checked annually or at intervals specified by quality assurance procedures.
Build-up on probes, electrical interference, poor installation, air bubbles and incorrect calibration are common causes of inaccurate readings. Regular inspection usually prevents these problems.

Highly recommended .We have a few of these as we are a oil manufacturer . These pumps are very good and reliable. I have had nuts , bolts and rocks go through them and they keep on working as the viens and gears are all steel . No plastic that can shatter .Only had to replace a mechanical seal on them once which I was able to get from Scintex . Takes about 7 minutes to transfer 200 liters of gear oil through a 25 mm hose .
